Beth Harrelson is Principal of Beth Harrelson Consulting, LLC. Her career of more than 30 years includes senior leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies, which means she can back up what she says with relevant experience. Beth has a passion for seeing people succeed and uses her consulting expertise and coaching skills to help individuals and teams. 

With frontline experience and knowledge in institutional securities and investment capital markets, marketing, and human resources, Beth is an effective organizational development practitioner. She has coached and advised executives and businesses through the change process of mergers and acquisitions. Other areas of focus include customer analytics, brokerage, and accounting and professional services. Her clients range from Fortune 100 companies to non-profits. She is also an excellent negotiator and mediator.
